The history

Mood comes from the love of gastronomy and mixology. After years living in the capital, Rome, where he had the opportunity to work in catering and meet people and cuisines of cultures from all over the world, Marcantonio, the creator, decided to return to Sicily and open Mood, a place located in Pozzallo, a seaside town in the province of Ragusa. The name Mood comes from the idea of a mood. Mood dictated by the sea and the colours of the Sicilian sunset, the sea breeze and the sense of peace that only the period and summer heat can offer. Sun, sea and flavour are the 3 elements that enclose the essence of Mood, an oasis of peace for the senses, delight for the palate and pleasure for the eyes.

Founded in 2016, today Mood consists of a winning and close-knit team, which, over the years, has worked for a common purpose : To offer impeccable service using quality products, perfecting the culinary and mixology techniques. Our team is specialised in the processing and coupling of raw materials, with the use of organic and Sicilian products reflecting the Mediterranean cuisine with the addition of an Asian twist.

Our drinks are designed by our mixologists who with years of studies have learned high methods for preparing them. Our drinks are created with quality spirits and fresh products. Our menu offers a wide selection and all our courses have something in common : Quality, goodness and uniqueness.
